6.Cancellation and refunds Only cancellation of reservations that have not passed the cancellation period will be entertained. Based on the cancellation period set by the supplier, there is a corresponding cancellation charge that is calculated as a percentage of the product and/or service priced. The user will be given the refund with the full reservation price less five percent bank transaction fee and cancellation charge.
